MASPETH — Police were searching for two men suspected of criminal possession of a forged instrument in Maspeth.
According to police, on July 27, between 9:10 a.m. and 7 p.m. two men entered a McDonald’s restaurant, located at 69-50 55 Road, and installed a skimming device and a false panel with an attached camera to an ATM that was inside the location.
Police said the suspects fled McDonald’s in an unknown direction.
Police described the first suspect as a white male, between 20 and 30 years old who was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, black short sleeved shirt, blue jeans and black sneakers.
Police described the second suspect as a white male, between 20 and 30 years old who was last seen wearing a gray sweat jacket, black short sleeved shirt, dark colored shorts, Nike sneakers and light colored baseball hat.
