After a grueling Division Series showdown with the Cleveland Indians, the New York Yankees are headed to the American League Championship Series starting tomorrow night.
While the Yankees will start the series in Texas to take on the Houston Astros, many from around the city will be heading to Yankee Stadium next week for the home games. However, you need not travel to the Bronx to watch the game.
Here are a few places around Queens where you can watch the game.
1. Rocky McBrides, 27-01 23rd Ave., Astoria
Rocky McBrides offers a bright, cheery alternative to your usual dimly lit pubs. They have 22 high-definition TVs and 16 beers on tap, so grab a beer and enjoy the game!
2. Austin’s Ale House, 82-70 Austin St., Kew Gardens
A local favorite, Austin’s Ale House is a great place to watch the game. When the Yankees play, they offer $5 draft beers, 35 cent wings and $2 sliders, so what are you waiting for?
3. Bourbon Street, 40-12 Bell Blvd., Bayside
Grab a little slice of New Orleans while watching the Yankees play at Bell Boulevard’s Bourbon Street. Be sure to swing by for Happy Hour before the games start.

At PJ Leahy’s, you’ll find the cozy bar atmosphere that you’ve come to love from your neighborhood watering hole. With plenty of TVs and good food to munch on, you’ll have a nice, relaxed experience watching the Yankees play (unless the game riles you up).
