Police are looking for a man who struck his victim in the head with his gun and fired a shot into the ground while on the road in Maspeth.

On Nov. 5 at around 6:30 a.m., a 55-year-old white man and Neftali Ramirez, 57, were driving on the Queens Midtown Expressway westbound when they got into a verbal dispute.
