A new luxury building in Long Island City is offering future tenants a variety of amenities including a 70-foot outdoor salt water pool.
ARC, located at 30-02 39th Ave., is a 428-unit building that contains more than 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. The developer, Lightstone, says the complex “houses the largest and most diverse lifestyle-driven amenity program in New York City.”
The pool is surrounded by a sundeck, lounge, barbecues, cabanas and bocce courts. The complex also features a health club with a fitness center, spin room, yoga studio, private training facilities, locker rooms, basketball court and golf simulator.
ARC also offers a greenhouse and offerings of a library, game room, work spaces and a kitchen with private dining. Services such as dry cleaning, apartment cleaning and dog walking are also available for all residents.
“This pioneering property truly has something for everyone – whether you’re hoping for an active lifestyle, a quick commute to Midtown Manhattan, or beautiful dining and pool facilities to entertain friends and family, ARC has it,” said Mitchell Hochberg, Lightstone president. “We are excited to begin leasing and welcome residents to this one-of-a-kind luxury living space.”
The building offers a mix of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows, Bosch appliances and central air.
Studios are available starting at $1,800, one-bedroom apartments starting at $2,300, and two-bedroom apartments starting at $3,500.
