New 428-unit building in Long Island City includes salt water pool and golf simulator

A new luxury building in Long Island City is offering future tenants a variety of amenities including a 70-foot outdoor salt water pool.

ARC, located at 30-02 39th Ave., is a 428-unit building that contains more than 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. The developer, Lightstone, says the complex “houses the largest and most diverse lifestyle-driven amenity program in New York City.”

The pool is surrounded by a sundeck, lounge, barbecues, cabanas and bocce courts. The complex also features a health club with a fitness center, spin room, yoga studio, private training facilities, locker rooms, basketball court and golf simulator.

ARC also offers a greenhouse and offerings of a library, game room, work spaces and a kitchen with private dining. Services such as dry cleaning, apartment cleaning and dog walking are also available for all residents.

The building offers a mix of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows, Bosch appliances and central air.

Studios are available starting at $1,800, one-bedroom apartments starting at $2,300, and two-bedroom apartments starting at $3,500.
