Police are still looking for two knife-wielding bandits who robbed a teenager at knifepoint inside of a sporting goods store in Elmhurst.
According to police, at 3:40 p.m. on Feb. 28, a 14-year-old boy was inside of a Modell’s Sporting Goods store, located at 90-15 Queens Blvd., when he was approached by two unknown teenage males.
The perpetrators then pulled out a knife to the boy and took his cellphone. The suspects then fled the scene.
On Tuesday, the 110th Precinct took to Twitter to appeal for assistance from the public:
