PHOTOS: Chabad of Queens, Bay Terrace Community Alliance hand out free food to those in need

Chabad-Lubavitch of Queens and the Bay Terrace Community Alliance handed out free food to residents of Queens in Bay Terrace last week.

On Friday, Aug. 21, the group handed out boxes of groceries, donated by Acting Queens Borough President Sharon Lee and Fresh Direct.

Residents were encouraged to take whatever they might need for either themselves, a family member, friend or neighbor.
