After a two-year hiatus, the Flushing BID Street Festival returned on Saturday, Sept. 10, with live entertainment, performances, shopping and various cuisines from local restaurants.

An opening ceremony was held between 40th Road and Prince Street in celebration of the event that is one of Queens’ major festivals with high attendance and neighborhood involvement. With over 25,000 attendees, the summer event provides an opportunity for visitors and residents to experience the unique aspects of Flushing and create marketing opportunities for businesses to showcase their product and services to consumers directly.
