To the uninitiated, the Merengue, the Salsa, the Cha Cha and the Mambo may sound like spicy delicacies, perfect for a sultry summer evening.
Those already initiated, though, know these are some of the very exotic and sensual Latin and Afro-Cuban dance styles that were enticingly introduced to an enthusiastic gathering at Town Hall of dance fans by the New York-based World Dance champions, Richard and Bonnie Diaz. They will again share their knowledge with anyone who wants to learn, at Town Hall this Saturday night.
