Frank D. Strand

Frank D. Strand, 77, of Port Charlotte, Florida, formerly of Bayside, passed away recently. A retiree of Westinghouse Schindler Elevator Corp., he was a member of the American Legion Post No. 110 in Port Charlotte and the Florida Silver Haired Legislators. He also served in the U.S. Navy for many years. He is survived by his wife of 46 years Loralie; sons, Spenser M. Strand and Clinton A. Strand; and four grandchildren, Cody, Shavelle, Shannon, and Skyler Strand.
