An extraordinary group of Queens women will be honored at the fifth annual Top 10 Women in Business Networking Awards Dinner, which will be hosted by The Queens Courier and Queens Business Today on Thursday, March 22 at Terrace on the Park beginning at 5:30 p.m.
This year’s featured guests are Queens Borough President Helen Marshall and First Deputy Mayor Patricia Harris.
There will be a “teddy bear” raffle, with 100 percent of the proceeds going to support a program for autistic children run by Life’s WORC.
This year’s sponsors, who will have expo tables at the event, include Bombardier, Con Edison, Parker Jewish Institute, Farrell Fritz, P.C., New York Hospital Queens, Flushing Savings Bank, Elmhurst Hospital and Queens Hospital, Commerce Bank, Chase Home Loans, Family Certified Services, Verizon, Queens County Savings Bank/New York Community Bank, Citibank, DiBlasi Ford, Sterling National Bank, Queens Theatre in the Park, HIP, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, BNI and Queens Center Mall. Opportunities exist for additional expo tables.
The flowers at the event are being donated by A&S Whitestone Flowers & Gifts and Jet Blue is donating airline tickets for the raffle.
