Child Dies

Authorities are currently investigating the cause of death of a two-month-old girl.
Police responded to 105-48 Farmers Boulevard on August 17 on a call of a child having difficulty breathing. They found the baby unconscious and unresponsive and took her to Mary Immaculate Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
At press time, there was no criminality suspected.
