Stavisky honored by FH senior center

Rachel Epstein (left), Director of the Selfhelp Austin Street Senior Center in Forest Hills, presented State Senator Toby Ann Stavisky with a certificate of appreciation at a recent luncheon thanking the Senator for her work in trying to make Queens Boulevard safer as well as providing funding for one of their programs.
