Husband Arrested in Stabbing Wife, Daughter

A 34-year-old man has been arrested and charged with fatally stabbing his wife and wounding their daughter.
Balbir Singh allegedly killed Kulwinder Kaur, 29, on Sunday, April 6 after an argument in their apartment at 34-54 64th Street. Singh also allegedly slashed the seven-year-old girl on the arm. She was taken to Elmhurst Hospital in stable condition.
The perp has been charged with murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon.
