Youth struck by car

Accident investigators were on the scene on July 11 at about 7 a.m. on Metropolitan Avenue between 83rd Avenue and Lefferts Boulevard in Forest Hills after a male, between 17 to 20 years old, was struck by a car. The driver said the victim ran across the street at full speed and ran in front of his vehicle.
