FLUSHING — A Flushing man pleaded guilty Monday to possessing and sending child pornography through his America Online account, Queens DA Richard Brown said.
Peter Botsaris, 24, of 59-22 164th St. in Flushing, is expected to be sentenced to 10 years' probation Sept. 15 before Queens Criminal Court Judge Robert Raciti, Brown said. He will also have to register as a sex offender.
The DA said Botsaris admitted to downloading and viewing numerous child porn images from the file sharing Web site Limewire between Oct. 11, 2005, and July 25, 2006.
Botsaris also sent the images through his AOL account, Brown said.
