Perv on train captured with cell phone pic

A man who was allegedly exposing and fondling himself on the “V” train was captured when a quick-thinking woman snapped his photo on her cell phone.
The incident happened between the Grand Avenue and Woodhaven Boulevard stations last week.
The suspect is described as 5’4”, 140 pounds, with a mustasche.
