State Senator Frank Padavan congratulates Troop 158’s newest Eagle Scout, Jonathan Palmiotti, after a recent Honor Court ceremony at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6478 in Bellerose.
To recognize the difficult task of rising to the highest rank in Boy Scouting, Padavan presented young Jonathan with a Certificate of Merit and the New York State Senate Medal of Outstanding Achievement on Saturday evening, December 5, with his parents, Irene and Joseph Palmiotti, looking on.
The troop holds its weekly meetings during the school year at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 92-10 217th Street in Queens Village.
