Publisher was keynote speaker

The UJA Federation offered parents of children with disabilities an opportunity to share their experiences and get advice from experts in the field.

Newspaper publisher Victoria Schneps-Yunis was the keynote speaker, offering the audience an opportunity to hear how the movement that promotes group homes and community- based programs began with the Willowbrook Consent Decree.
