KENNEDY AIRPORT — Cops nabbed a livery cab driver for trying to entice unsuspecting travelers away from the taxi stand last week, the New York Post reported.
Odalis De Los Andeles, 47, was arrested by two plain clothes officers April 12 after he tried to unsuccessfully flee, the Post reported.
At about 2 p.m. near Terminal 4, the officers spotted Andeles, who has been arrested more than 20 times for illegally trolling for fares at the airport, according to the Post.
When the city’s Finest attempted to collar the hack, he tried to escape up an escalator toward the AirTrain station, but he did not get far, the Post reported.
Andeles was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, criminal trespassing and illegal solicitation of ground transportation, the Post said.
