Starting Sunday, April 7, major track work will require shutting down three Queens subway stations for nine days, adding an estimated 10 minutes to trips.
The MTA said Manhattan-bound E and F local trains will bypass the Briarwood-Van Wyck Boulevard station and the 75th Avenue station, while F trains will not stop at Sutphin Boulevard.
The disruption will go on 24 hours a day while workers carry out the track renewal project. It is part of what the MTA calls its Fastrack program in which parts of the subway are shut down over a period of days rather than a long series of weekends.
The project is to be finished at 5 a.m.Monday, April 16.
