Stomping out bullying was the theme of the seventh-annual Bushwick Pride Parade held along neighborhood streets on Brooklyn-Queens Day last Thursday, June 7. Organized by Brooklyn Community Board 4, dozens of youth groups and community organizations participated in the march, which wound its way through the community before ending with a neighborhood barbecue at the New Jerusalem United Methodist Church on Knickerbocker Avenue near Menahan Street.
