City Council Member Karen Koslowitz partnered with the Kidz Care Junior Civic Association to help clean up the front lawn of an elderly Forest Hills resident last Sunday, Sept. 23. She is pictured in the foreground (at left) with Koslowitz (at right), with the volunteers standing in the background.
