Midville Fund-raiser for Breast Cancer Patients

Family members and friends of the late Kathy Tugaw walked through Juniper Valley Park in Middle Village last Saturday, Sept. 29 for the seventh-annual fund-raising walk in her memory. As noted, the participants raised funds for the Kathy Tugaw Foundation, which assists breast cancer patients who have difficulty affording treatments of the disease. The event was organized by Donna Hall (fourth from left), a friend of Tugaw and godmother of her child. Kathy Tugaw’s husband, John, is shown standing at center between the tables.
