The Times Newsweekly received numerous calls from readers regarding the absence of “The O’Reilly Factor” column from last week’s (Oct. 18) issue.
Titled “The Obama Challenge” and submitted to the Times Newsweekly last Thursday, Oct. 11, the column was a preview of last Tuesday’s (Oct. 16) presidential debate between President Barack Obama and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney.
Since the debate had already taken place by the time the Times Newsweekly went to press Wednesday afternoon-and no updated column was provided after the debate and before press time- the information in O’Reilly’s column was outdated, and thus the column was omitted.
