Councilmember Eric Ulrich, wife welcome daughter

Councilmember Eric Ulrich and his wife, Yadira, welcomed their first-born daughter to the world last night.

Lily Ulrich was born at 7:42 p.m. last night weighing in at 7 pounds, 10 ounces.

“This Halloween I received the sweetest treat, a beautiful baby girl. Please welcome Lily into the world,” Ulrich tweeted last night.

Mother and child are doing fine, Ulrich said.
