Assemblyman Mike Miller (right) recently presented Valdemaras Sarapinas, the Consul General of the Republic of Lithuania in New York, with a state Assembly Proclamation for his work with the Transfiguration Roman Catholic Church in Maspeth and the Lithuanian community at large.
