Police have arrested Lowell Britt, 27, of Bay Shore, L.I., in connection with six forcible touching incidents that occurred in laundromats in the 83rd, 73rd and 69th precincts since 2010. The suspect is accused of exposing himself and rubbing up against unsuspecting females. No injuries were reported in any of the incidents. Two incidents in the 83rd Precinct occurred on Mar. 18, 2012; the three incidents in the 69th Precinct occurred on Mar. 30, 2013, according to police. A sixth incident, in which Britt forcibly grabbed the victim, was reported July 19, 2010 in the 73rd Precinct, according to police reports. Britt is being charged with one count of felonious sexual abuse, five counts of persistent sex abuse, three counts of sexual abuse, and one count of public lewdness, reports said.
