ASTORIA — The Police Department was looking for help in finding a suspect who allegedly grabbed a woman in Astoria, cops said.
The suspect, a Hispanic man between 20 and 30 years old, was accused of approaching a 24-year-old woman from behind on his silver bicycle with a metal basket, touching her buttocks and fleeing the scene around 9:10 p.m. Sept. 21, police said.
Cops described the suspect as a man with a medium build between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-10 with long, curly, mohawk-style hair last seen wearing a dark jacket with a red stripe on the sleeves and blue jeans.
