Meeting Artists at Sunnyside Art Fair

Scores of Sunnyside residents perused the work of up and coming artists during the seventh Art Fair held by Queen of Angels Church on Sunday, June 15. Held at the church’s parish hall on Skillman Avenue, the program included raffles and refreshments for guests. Among those pictured in the right photo are (from left to right) Lucy Riviera; Alba Luz Lendono; artist Ann Cofta; Art Fair founder Patricia Dorfman; Sunnyside Artists Inc. president Manny Gomez; Reina Collado, leader of the Charismatuic Prayer Group; Fr. Brian Dowd, Queen of Angels pastor; Ana Gomez; and Carmen Cruz, coordinator of faith formation for Queen of Angels Church.
