Assemblywoman Catherine Nolan and Schools Chancellor Carmen Fariña recently toured Voice Charter School in Long Island City. They met with students, teachers and staff to see the many programs the school has to offer. Nolan is pictured with Farina and Franklin Headley, principal of VOICE Charter School.
