The man pictured at right is wanted by police in connection with a recent assault of a senior citizen in Long Island City. Law enforcement sources said the incident occurred at 10:50 p.m. on Sept. 22 inside the ENC Market, located at 5 Court Square. According to authorities, the suspect approached a 65-year-old man on a checkout line and asked him for the number to a car service. When the man told the suspect he did not have one, police reported, the perpetrator punched the victim in the face, then fled the scene. Officers from the 108th Precinct responded to the location; the victim sustained swelling to his left eye and cheek.
