Queens Borough President Melinda Katz and City Council Member Paul Vallone held a roundtable meeting with community and business leaders from the Korean American community at the Borough President’s office at Borough Hall in Kew Gardens on Tuesday, Sept. 23. During the meeting the community representatives introduced themselves, described their organizations and spoke about the issues and concerns affecting their organizations and the Korean American community at large. These joint meetings will continue as Katz and Vallone engage with the borough’s Korean Americans to promote and encourage their cultural and economic contributions to Queens and to all of New York City.
