THE DIVERSITY OF ROMANCE
Tuesday, Jan. 19, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Meet authors Ursula Renée, Jean C. Joachim, LaQuette and Kate McMurray from the Romance Writers of America: New York City as they read from their work and discuss the diversity of romantic fiction: its cultures, sexual orientations and heat levels, from chaste to spicy!
It’s the perfect program to heat up a cold winter’s evening!
Ticket admission: $10.00–Reserve your seat now!
“Queens Library Presents” is a series of monthly literary salons and other community-based literary events designed to bring our programs out of library buildings and into Queens communities.
Feel free to arrive early and/or stay late for cocktails, food and conversation at the cash bar and excellent tables at one of Long Island City’s best dinner venues. Manducatis Rustica is a family-owned Italian restaurant, with all the charm and romance of the old country, featuring hanging plants and wood-burning fireplace, and delicious traditional homemade dishes and desserts, using the freshest ingredients. (Food and beverage costs are not included in the ticket price.).
