F train rider accused of public lewdness: NYPD

ASTORIA — Police were seeking the public’s assistance identifying an individual in connection to a public lewdness incident that occurred within the 108th Precinct aboard a southbound F train at the Northern Boulevard station.

Police said the incident happened April 30, between 10:30 p.m. and 11:09 p.m.

The victim reported to police the suspect who sat across from the 26-year-old woman inappropriately touched himself while staring at her, said DCPI.

The suspect is described by law enforcement as a Hispanic man in his 50s, about 5-foot-8, and between 180 pounds to 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, a green and black plaid shirt, light colored pants, and carried a beige messenger bag.

The suspect is seen depicted in photos taken by the victims phone, police said.
