It seems that even fast food chains are joining in on the Halloween fun. A Burger King franchise in Rego Park was spotted wearing the classic bed-sheet ghost costume.
That’s right — an entire Burger King restaurant and its sign was seen covered with an entire white sheet with two eye holes cut out of it. But that’s not all. Scrawled on the sheet (on both the building and the sign) in black spray paint reads the word “McDonald’s.” The sheets also include the iconic McDonald’s arches.
Just in case someone falls for their clever disguise, the Burger King sign reads: “Just kidding, we still flame grill our burgers,” which is a dig at how the two different chains prepare their burgers.

By day the restaurant doesn’t look as spooky, but it says a lot to the commitment to the costume.
