Shape Up NYC: Silent Disco Fitness Party — This is a unique and fun experience where people dance to music being channeled through wireless headphones. Rather than using a speaker system, music is broadcast using radio frequency. While enjoying the supplied headphones, participants will engage in free fitness class demos.
