Get a hands-on experience mixing, kneading, shaping and baking your own bread from some of the best in the business. By the end of the class, not only will you have your very own loaf of Danish rye or øland wheat bread, you’ll have the knowledge to make it at home!
Great Northern Food also offers a class for those with a sweet tooth. Learn what it takes to make a kanelsnurrer, a cinnamon swirl dessert that friends and family will love for any occasion.
