Video footage shows suspect who robbed a man at gunpoint on an Ozone Park street

Cops need the public’s help in finding the armed bandit who recently held up a man in Ozone Park.

On Sept. 5, police released video footage of the perpetrator wanted for the Aug. 25 stickup that occurred at 8:15 p.m. in the area of 80th Street and Glenmore Avenue.

Law enforcement sources said the suspect approached the 23-year-old male victim, displayed a firearm and demanded his property. The crook proceeded to steal $50 in cash from the victim, then fled in an unknown direction.

The incident was later reported to the 106th Precinct; the victim was not injured.

Police described the suspect as a black man between 25 and 35 years of age, standing 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds. On the video, he is seen wearing a light-colored t-shirt and shorts.
