Permits have been filed for a new 7-story mixed-use building on 31st Avenue.
The structure, which will be located at 21-11 31st Ave., will offer 34 apartment units as well as a commercial space in the cellar. An existing 2-story residential building at the location has already been demolished.
Tenants will have access to 10 enclosed parking spaces and a residential lobby on the first floor; a bicycle room and storage area in the cellar; as well as an outdoor recreational space on the seventh floor.
The property is six blocks from the 30th Avenue (N/W) subway station.
The owner of the property is listed as Michale Lagoudis of Astor Terrace LLC.
