Woodside warehouse with custom mezzanine sells for $3,600,000

An 8,000-square-foot warehouse space that was on the market in Woodside has been sold for a hefty price.

The warehouse, located at 34-09/11 56th St., was purchased by Susan Wu for $3,600,000. Brian Sarath, senior director of NAI Queens, represented the seller, Nancy Siegel.

Originally built in 1967, the building comprises of two 4,000-square-foot warehouse spaces. The 34-09 unit contains 10-foot ceilings, an office space on the first floor, a freight lift and an additional 4,000-square-foot custom mezzanine.

The 34-11 unit has a 20-foot ceiling, an HVAC heating/cooling system and an 800-square-foot office space on the second floor. Both units contain separate gas and electric meters, gas blowers and overhead drive-in doors.

The building is just minutes away from the Long Island Rail Road and the 7 train.
