Suspect flees empty-handed after trying to rob a Flushing spa: cops

Cops are looking for a crook who tried to rob a Flushing spa earlier this month.

According to authorities, at 12:01 a.m. on May 1, an unknown man entered Young Spa, located at 133-08 41st Ave., and demanded cash from the female employee.

When the employee told the suspect there was no money, he grabbed her by the arm and pushed her before fleeing the scene on 41st Avenue. The victim sustained minor injuries as a result.

The suspect is described as a black man that is approximately 23 years old and standing 5 feet, 8 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt.
