A pervert who pleaded guilty to sexual abuse last year for placing his penis on a young girl on the 7-train was sentenced Thursday to 18 months in prison.
Ronald Dudley, 41, from the Bronx, pleaded guilty in July for exposing his penis to a 9-year-old girl and placing it on her forearm while on the subway at the 61st Street-Woodside station.
“The defendant in this case exposed himself and touched the little girl with his genitals as she rode the train with her mother,” said Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz in a statement. “The subway should be safe for all users—especially children.”
According to the charges, Dudley boarded a Manhattan-bound 7 train at the 61st Street station at around 2:45 p.m. on Feb. 14, 2019, before approaching the 9-year-old who was standing and holding onto a pole. Dudley then committed his perverted act.
Dudley then fled the train at the 52nd Street station after the girl yelled for help. The NYPD released footage of him leaving the station soon after and he was quickly apprehended.
