The Q-East luxury building in Jamaica Hills is currently on the market, according to a local real estate brokerage in charge of its sale.

Located at 178-02 Hillside Ave., Q-East is a newly constructed luxury mixed-use building that includes CVS Pharmacy, residential spaces, RadNet Radiology medical office and parking spaces.

According to RIPCO Real Estate, Piermont Properties, the property’s seller, is asking $105 million for the 196,000-square-foot property.

“178-02 Hillside Ave. meets an increasing demand by investors for high-quality, newly constructed, mixed-use buildings. The property is the first of its kind for the neighborhood and extremely valuable in today’s market because it brings luxury, amenitized housing to a highly sought-out suburban area of Queens with a low housing supply paired,” Stephen R. Preuss, vice chairman at RIPCO said.

New York YIMBY reported that Q-East was designed by ADG Architecture. The property is located near the F train and Q3 and Q176 bus lines.

“Q-East offers highly sought-after asset diversification in one swing with income streams from CVS Pharmacy for another two-plus decades, RadNet Radiology and an on-site parking garage to complement luxury housing,” said Kevin Schmitz, managing director at RIPCO.
