Sacred Heart scored five goals on 10 shots, but it did not come easy. Early goals by Hayley Schade and Donna Episcopio built a two-goal lead, however, St. Luke battled back to go up 3-2 and then 4-3.

The Sacred Heart of Bayside Bantam B boys basketball team defeated St. Fidelis 21-14 in first-round CYO action this past week. Sacred Heart never trailed in the game, advancing to the semifinals with the win.
