Serving the community for 16 years, Dr. Roberts opened her independent Optometric practice within Costco four years ago. Together with the Costco optical department located at 32-50 Vernon Boulevard in Long Island City, she provides top quality care and is a local favorite.
A graduate of the prestigious New York State College of Optometry, Dr. Roberts is licensed in New York to provide full scope optometric care, including comprehensive eye examinations and contact lens fitting. She is able to prescribe all brands of contacts including Acuvue Brand… disposables, toric lenses and multifocal lenses, which can be purchased at Costco at the lowest prices available. She notes that additional rebates and Costco coupons may apply.
Costco also offers a full eyeglass dispensary that Dr. Roberts’ patients can take advantage of, though patients do not need to be Costco members in order to be examined by Dr. Roberts. To communicate effectively with all of her patients, Dr. Roberts also speaks fluent Spanish.
The foundation of Dr. Roberts’ eye care business rests on the basic principles of educating the patient, exceptional customer service, quality care and affordability.
