Lydia Sarfati can give you “flawless, youthful skin at every decade of your life.”
As founder and CEO of Repêchage, the skin-care expert was at Christie & Co. Salon • Spa in the Bay Terrace shopping center on Friday, May 7 to analyze clients’ skin, make recommendations – and make them more beautiful.
By appointment, clients were also able to receive Express Facials “for people pressed for time or who have never had a facial.”
“The Express Facial Bar is a new concept in the spa industry, launched first at Christie’s – it’s my signature treatment, for as low as $60, and includes a hydroform mask, anti-aging hand treatment and a Kerastase hair treatment – designed for busy women who are time poor,” said Christie. “The spa is now outside of the spa rooms.”
“It’s never too late to start treatments,” added Sarfati, who explained that her line, which is based on seaweed concentrate, “replaces what you lose as you age.”
Repêchage products address everything from acne to Rosacea to photo aged skin, she said.
Seaweed is a “fantastic ingredient that has phytoacids, minerals, vitamins – both water and fat soluble – that is similar to the fluid already in the skin,” said Sarfati.
In fact, one woman had color in her hair while she received a facial.
Explaining that at Christie & Co., “every service in the beauty industry is offered, from laser hair removal to new gel nails and everything in between,” Christie said that, “clients years ago asked how much a service cost, but today the number one question is ‘how long does it take.’ That’s why Lydia and I came up with a multitude of express services – women want to and deserve to look good – we provide this for them in the most timely way possible.”

“They are all very well trained,” said Sarfati, who noted that her product line is also available at the salon.
