Sergey Shpiller is the Vice President of Operations at Doshi Diagnostic Imaging Services. He is overseeing over two hundred employees. His management team is comprised of the Center Managers and Regional Managers.
Together with his management team, Sergey is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company:
Payroll, Hire and retain physicians, New facility development, New equipment acquisition, P&L management and strategic planning, Create and manage community outreach programs, Major Account Relationship Building & Retention
Sergey is responsible for having developed a highly differentiated business model that has created significant competitive advantages and barriers to entry that generates superior returns.
Sergey assisted in the development of an industry-leading operating model based on a standardized workflow and utilization of the industry’s most advanced front-and back-office IT systems.
Sergey, working closely with another vice president, Bhavik Patel, together they formed significant force behind Doshi Diagnostic standing as the premier radiology practice on the East Coast.
Doshi Diagnostic was founded in 1985 in Flushing, New York. Since then, the company has grown to manage 16 medical practices in New York with over one thousand employees.
