PM Pediatrics, an award-winning provider of after-hours pediatric urgent care, has announced that its newest location is set to open in Livingston, NJ on Monday, October 1.
The 6,000-square-foot jungle-themed practice marks the company’s fifth site and its first New Jersey location. Dr. Michael Bachman, New Jersey Regional Medical Director for PM Pediatrics, will also serve as the Medical Director of the new Livingston office, overseeing all medical operations for the practice. In addition to the northern New Jersey site, PM Pediatrics has four locations in New York — on Long Island, in Westchester and Queens.
The announcement of the October 1 launch comes on the heels of the company’s placement on Inc. magazine’s annual Inc. 500|5000 list of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. For the second consecutive year, PM Pediatrics has made the prestigious list, with a reported three-year revenue growth of 224 percent (2008-2011). PM Pediatrics ranks #101 in the Health category, #89 among all New York metro area honorees, and #1365 overall of the 5,000 companies nationwide who made the list.
Based on the Inc. list, PM Pediatrics is one of the fastest-growing health care providers in the country, in addition to being the only pediatric urgent care provider to make the 2012 list.
Every PM Pediatrics practice is staffed by pediatric emergency specialists who provide specialized care and treatment for a broad array of illnesses and injuries including asthma, fever and other infections, dehydration, sprains and fractures, wounds requiring stitches and much more. Each office has on-site digital X-ray producing high resolution images that are easily sent to a patient’s primary care physician via CD-ROM or electronically. In addition, all locations feature a comprehensive laboratory which is capable of performing rapid blood, urine and chemistry workups.
PM Pediatrics offices are conveniently located and uniquely themed, providing caregivers and children with a health care experience that is unlike any other. The distinctly designed practices create a kid-friendly environment featuring TVs in every exam room. To learn more, visit www.pmpediatrics.com.
