The suspect seen this police sketch wanted ininconnection to an assault in the confinesis of the 108th Precinct on Saturday, Aug. 25. According to police sources, the suspect, riding a black BMX-type bicycle, approached a female riding her own bike at about 3:30 a.m. and began to repeatedly strike her in the face, telling her he would stop if she performed a criminal sex act on him. The female was able to flee the scene and was later treated at Elmhurst Hospital Center for a broken nose; the man fled in an unknown direction. The suspect is described as Hispanic man about 20 to 25 years old, standing 5’5″ to 5’9″ tall and weighing 155-170 lbs., with black hair, brown eyes and a thin build.
