The accused “cannibal cop” from Forest Hills has been denied bail, according to published reports.
Gilberto Valle, 28, landed in hot water last month after feds busted the six-year NYPD veteran’s alleged plot to kidnap, cook and eat at least 100 women, according to a criminal complaint.
Valle was arrested by the FBI on October 25 and was held without bail in Federal District Court in Manhattan. His request to be released on bail was rejected by a federal judge on November 10, reports said.
The officer allegedly had plans to “kidnap, rape, torture, kill, cook and eat body parts of a number of women,” according to the FBI. He is charged with accessing the federal National Crime Information Center database to gain information without authorization and agreeing to kidnap a woman to sell her to a co-conspirator for no less than $5,000, court documents said.
According to federal prosecutors, Valle — who told his fellow schemer he was “aspiring to be a professional kidnapper” — said his oven was “big enough to fit one of these girls” if he “folded their legs.”
He also detailed his plans then to tie his first victim’s body “onto some type of apparatus” and “cook her over a lot heat [and] keep her alive as long as possible,” the complaint said.
